Refund Eligibility

  • Customers are entitled to request a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase if they have not used the application.
  •  Refund requests will not be accepted if:

o You have logged in and used the application or any of its services.

o More than 7 days have passed since your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  • Refund requests must be sent by email from the same email address used during
    registration.
  • Please include the following in your request:

o Full name

o Email address used for purchase

o Order ID or payment reference

o Reason for the refund request

Refund Process

  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription or service at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund if the application has already been

used.

• If you cancel within the 30 day period and have not used the service, you are eligible
for a full refund as described above.

Chargebacks

  • If you dispute a charge through your bank (chargeback) without contacting us first,
    your account may be suspended and you may be refused future services.
